a) We are committed to bringing about an end to these activities just as soon as acceptable institutions are in place for delivering community restorative beatings.

"Thirdly, when they say they support the Good Friday agreement and want it to work, does that mean that if the two governments and other parties fulfil their obligations under the Agreement and joint declaration, that means the complete and final closure of the conflict?"
